The Family Office Financial Innovation, and Impact Investing Workshop is a day-long, in-person workshop (in New York City) for individuals, foundations, family offices, and companies whose leaders are passionate about driving positive change in the housing sector through innovative financial strategies and impactful investments.


This interactive workshop teaches the foundations of full spectrum capital, innovative finance, impact investing, and the philanthropic opportunity scan. Sessions include lectures and breakout sessions to learn how these tools can ensure access to safe, affordable, and sustainable housing while generating financial returns. IFC program faculty will be accompanied by investors in housing to talk about their experiences. The workshop will conclude with a social venture marketplace where participants can meet nonprofit and social venture leaders and learn about regional innovations.

Participants

Foundation, family office, individual, and corporate leaders interested in learning how full spectrum capital, innovative financing and impact investing can be used to help them increase their impact. The cost to participate in the workshop is free. Staff involved should expect to spend a full day immersed in education, as well as time required for travel.
